Character/Fan-series related

I'd like to apply for a specific character in a fan-made sixth season of Sailor Moon. The character in question is custom to the fan-series, and has already been established in videos and such. I currently own the fanlisting for the series itself, listed under the "AMV" category. Would it be possible to apply for the character and have it listed under the Fanstuff category?

I think you're referring to Sailor Moon; Sacrifice. Unfortunately I'm guessing the character in question is not related to an already existing (or let's say "canon") character from the Series and would then actually be an Original Character; which in turn is not approvable under Fanstuff or any other category at the network. Sorry~! >.<
