Title: Is this even approvalable?

So, I wanted to start a fanlisting for the artwork in manga, because, well some mangas have beautiful art in them, but I wan't sure where to apply, or if this was even approvable. For all I know, there may already be a fanlisting for it.. I'm not even sure where to check.

The art in the manga is covered by the series fanlisting, and/or the manga-ka's fanlisting. Sorry!
