Kylara got most of it, but I just want to clarify that unless the article of clothing has some major significance in the series (like Roy's glove for example, or something that makes someone invisible, etc.) and generally cannot be found in other series it won't be approved.

(If that makes any sense) XD

Is there a name for the glove (I can't really remember), or something that it's referred to as?  If you apply for it and can't find a name in the series I'll go back and check too.

I would consider that an item of merit since it's not this general run-of-the-mill item that has no importance in the series except to just serve as a back drop item.

No, but I think in that case I would probably lean more towards approving it because it does have "magical" characteristics that would imply an alternate universe.  I'd have to do some research into the actual location and what significance it has in series.

And just to say something remotely significant and relevant...

Just remember though that all the locations, like items,  have to be "meaningful" to the series.
