Questions for the Senior Staff / Downtime Form

I am just so smart today. Did it here and at TFL. Ugh. I sent in a downtime form just a little bit ago and realized that I didn't put an alternate email address in there for ya'all to contact me at since the email address I use for my listings is my domain one (fanlistings@nanashi-inc.net). >_< Oh yes, I am very bright today. Just wanted to check and see if you got my form and to let you know that if you need to email me for now you can always use my alternate address dancingdragon101 at gmail.com =)

Questions for the Senior Staff / Am I Allowed to Apply?

I applied for three fanlistings in the Songs category back in December/January and haven't heard back on those yet so they're still pending. Actually, since I haven't got a response on the boards yet, I'm not even sure if my apps went through. ^^; But we're going with the assumption that they are 'cause that would totally suck if they hadn't and I could have re-sent the apps by now. :hug:

In any case, I was reading over the rules and I'm not sure I fully understand the whole "three in one category" limit. I've been wanting to apply for a Character, but I've refrained because since I sent in three apps in the Songs category I wasn't sure if I was maxed out on my apps.

So, I was wondering if I could get some clarification. If I have three pending apps in one category, am I still allowed to apply for a fanlisting in another category, or is it that once I have three in a single category that's it no more apps?

Sorry to have to bother ya'all like this, but when I was looking at the previously posted questions for SS I kept seeing questions about raising the number of applications. So, my apologies if there was a similar post. :hug: I probably missed it.

I just saw a recent update on the blog and it has me going WTF?! I don't see anything about it in the rules and my mind is just drawing a blank on what it means. Would someone elaborate on it please?

The following fanlisting is being removed from the network and reopen for application because the character appears in less than 4 episodes and has yet to be “established”. Applications will be accepted and held for the next round of approvals. Thank you to those who brought this to my attention and apologies for any inconvience.

I'm not sure I follow the logic here. Maybe it's because I run a couple of fanlistings for characters that have appeared in four or less episodes so my brain isn't processing it. But why would you remove a character's fl because they have less than four episodes? Are my character fls going to be removed now too?
