Hi!

Sorry that I'm posting in this section again... I feel stupid because the whole situation kinda blew up in my face. In any case, rinne.nu expired, so I submitted a domain downtime report. At the time, (stupidly) I didn't realize that my email address rain@rinne.nu wouldn't work. So even though Buruma kindly replied to my post here at the Boards, I didn't receive the reply she sent for the downtime report. So my first question is, when do I have until to fix the problem?

#2, I just submitted an email change report, since (obviously) rain@rinne.nu is no longer working. But after I submitted, the page said that a confirmation was sent to rain@rinne.nu (the original email) and I have to confirm before my email can be changed. So since I can't receive emails at rain@rinne.nu, I can't confirm the request. So umm, what do I do now?

The swiftest way to resolve both cases would be filling in two contact forms. The first one regarding downtime should be addressed to Buruma, whilst the second should be submitted to Jackie so she can look onto your email address change query. Good luck! :flower:
