Much like the seiyuu ones which was asked about a while ago. I was wondering if it would be ok to plug about FLs for yaoi novels here even if they are approved under Literature at TFL?

No, novel fanlisting can not be plugged at TAFL.  They need to be plugged at TFL, where they were approved.
