Update form (new owner) problem

I have gotten lately this error message from the update form with a new owner:

That is not an error with the form, Sumie. :flower: As you can see from your own cap, you received the confirmation that your form was sent, and I'm told we've received it... several times now. Please check with the staffer if you are unsure if a form went through prior to resubmitting. We will address the footer issue. Footer has been fixed.
