Title: Does a Pokemon's fanlisting include that pokemon's mega form?

i was planning on making some codes of Charizard's Mega forms for the Charizard FL but wanted to double check if his mode changes were included under the listing or if they were considered separate pokemon.

Yes, your Charizard fanlisting will cover the Mega evolution form as well.
