Adoption Center / ALL OUT - And so, farwell

Avoiding long explanations, my life is moving forward to a new and next step, the one that every woman might dream once in their life.
And I've realized that this new life will take all of my time and so I won't have no long moments to spare for fanlistings, not ever to update them.
So I've to give you a farewell!
Before I go, I would like to give brand new parents to my babies which I spent time, efforts and years to keep.
I'll be extremely picky with some.. and it would be hard not to notice why (ex: Raphael [TMNT] and Wolverine [Xmen]). But as soon as I'll find a suitable owner that matches my criteria, they'll be gone.
So the quicker, the better.

RULES
1) Anyone can apply, even people that might have or still dislike me or that i had trivial.
I no longer have interest in silly behavior of the past.
If you're good owner and web designer, you're welcome to apply.
2) You've only 2 week for a layout.
I've few time to spend online so I would love to avoid inactivity notifications and possible removals. So the sooner the better. You might ask for a further week of time but you've to do it before the end of the 2 weeks and not after. I'll remove you by the fanlisting ownership if this won't be followed. It's a matter of respect.
3) DON'T COME OUT WITH A TEMPORARY LAYOUT OR A WHITE LAYOUT WITH AN IMAGE FLOATING SOMEWHERE IN THE WHITE!
I know that we might not be always creative but if you apply it mean that you care enough of the subject to make a layout. In the time I was here I always made layouts, even ugly ones, but I've always found the time to make one for the subjects I own. So I expect the same by the future owners. Refrain from apply if you know you can't do that per time.
4) Previous ownera has first dibs if they reach me per time.
If the fanlisting is already gone matching all the requirements by 1 week and you reach me later.. I'm sorry but I'll keep adopt it out to the new owner. You've to wait 'till the next 2-3 week to know if the owner might have gone missed or haven't done it per time to get it back. Sorry for this but I'm in haste.
5) I reserve the right to close the fanlisting and make the staffers select for me if I'll feel unsure about an ownership due to more worthy applicants or unproper ones.
Application time is over in June, after that my domain will decay and they'll get automatically and slowly removed by both the networks.
This said, I await for your applications!
It was a pleasure to belong in this community for such a long time! But as I was always state in my adoptions applications:
\"I don't plan to do fanlistings forever. I don't see myself like a granny and still building those. But I'll do my best until the very last.\" I hope I fulfilled it until now!
