Recently, one of my fanlistings got put on troubles, and I'm a little worried. I'd like to ask for an extension, but I'm not sure who to contact. I'm stuck between the Trouble Checker Management and the Characters 0-M category. Because it sounded like what I was looking for, I sent the form into the trouble checker management category. I apologize if this post doesn't belong here or is a waste of space, but did I send it to the right place? I'm a little worried about that and I'd be extremely heartbroken if my fanlisting were to get removed even though I'm asked for an extension on it. Thanks!

It should have been sent to the Characters 0-M category if you wanted to request an extension. You may want to re-send one to the category.

Yep! Like Chisa said, you should either reply directly to the troubles e-mail or submit a contact form to whichever category your fanlisting is in--Characters 0-M in this case :) By submitting it to Trouble Checker Management, your form will have gone to the member of the Senior Staff who takes care of hiring trouble checkers, rather than the Category Staffer who actually deals with troubles updates. Hopefully that clears up which is which for you!

Hi Haruka, I'm the staffer in charge of Trouble Checker Management. I did recieve your contact form and have forwarded it to Marie, who is the staffer in charge of troubles for Characters 0-M. I receive troubles forms all the time and I just forward them on to the proper staffer, so don't worry too much about it, it's no big deal to me. Just keep in mind for the next time you have a question about one of your listings that as Kylara said, it's best to directly contact the category staffer. :)
