Title: How to get members/affiliates lists if can’t download?
Post by: rika24 on May 19, 2024, 02:23:16 PM: I’ve lost contact with my old fanlistings host and I’ll be moving everything to a new one.

The issue is I have no way of downloading my fanlistings’ information (members lists, when created, affiliates). At the moment my listings are still online on the old host and I can use enth somewhat (some things like settings and member lists are inaccessible because of enth errors).

Is there a way I can still download that info for the new ones?

Post by: Miriallia on June 11, 2024, 01:33:26 PM: If you can't find a way out, you might try downloading the pages and adding everything manually when you have the new server. You won't have the database info needed, but you won't lose everything.

Oh I'm so sorry to hear this! It really sucks when the domain host doesn't reply. :( Plus your sites have been around for a while, and I can imagine how much effort it would take to move sites. I also hope you will be able to recover what you can! Miriallia's suggestion is a really good one. All the best!
