This question is also about the non-anime fanlisting site too. And I am sorry if this is in the wrong board, but this is a question is senior staff.
 
My question is.... a long time ago, there was a Sanrio anime called Hello Kitty and Friends. I understand that the original Sanrio fanlistings go into the non-anime fanlisting site.

But, let's say someone made a fanlisting about the Hello Kitty and Friends anime. Since it is anime, would it catagoried in TALF or TFL?

Since Hello Kitty and Friends is an anime, yes, you would apply for it here in the Series category.

The Sanrio listings (as well as San-X and other non-anime paraphenelia) were moved as they weren't directly related to anime and manga; since you bring up a good point, we will have to discuss cross-listing the Hello Kitty character fanlisting back to Characters, to cover the anime version.
