I was devastated for a moment, but Marie's rejection email is so nice that I immediately felt okay. At least I can be rest assured and satisfied that Shizuo's fanlisting will be in very good hands. I hadn't even realized how popular he is. (At the back of my mind: Oh, Shizuo. Why must you be so popular? I wish you weren't so I wouldn't have to have competition. I also wish Marie wasn't so nice so I wouldn't feel bad if I accidentally throw a vending machine her way, lol. Kiddin', Marie.)

I thought that asshole Izaya surely was the most popular? I would've loved to work on his listing, but oh well such is life. And Marie, lady, your email was CRAZY. I know it must've been really hard for you to reject so many people, so don't feel bad (at least for me!). I'm sure his FL will be awesome and I'll join and life will be good xD

Marie's email was incredibly sweet so I was crying and laughing at the same time....yeah I looked insane xD

Got turned down for Strong World.
But that's really okay. I said I would swear off anymore OP listings if I got it (pretty much, it > other listing I wanted), so I'm happy Strong World has a home. I love Strong World and really wanted it, but part of me almost feels it's for the best because now it means two subjects I feel deserve fanlistings can have them. Thank you for the very kind rejection letter. It made it that much nicer, because it means someone else wanted it, too. I really am very happy about that. :hyper:

Kibumie, comments like this are very counter-productive for the community. I realize you're upset about the rejection(s), but please remember that the new owner is likely to read messages like this, as well as the staffer that had to process the decision. These are always tough choices for us to make - we take no joy in approving someone over another - and to be subversively condemned for performing a needed function is both unnecessary and unhelpful. You've had several wonderful approvals in the past, right? :heart: Don't be too disheartened, there will always be another opportunity.

Yaten/Star Fighter but I knew the chances were slim because Yaten is such an amazing character and I knew there would probably be mutliple applications. However, I'm not hurt at all because Mitzrael's e-mail was so sweet. Every time I've been rejected by her e-mails (though it has been only three I'm aware of?), they've made me smile almost as if I got approved. Plus, I got two other amazing approvals as well. ^_^
