Fanlistings Chit-Chat / First Fanlisting?

Arche was my first TFL and TAFL fanlisting. I happily still own it, and I still intend to work more on the shrine portion on it more.

May I request a name change to 'Varen'? Thank you in advance.
I'll post my wishlist, but I can't recall if I have already, but it probably changed a bit. xD

My number one priority would be Hana Yori Dango: Rui & Tsukushi. I think that's all. :o Wow... My list shrank. .-.

Anyhoo, Maia, I saw your wishlist and whenever you have the opportunity, I wish you luck for Bridget because he's my favorite GG character as well as Jam. *looks forward to your Bridget site for when it's back up*
Oh, wow, wasn't expecting anyone to actually look. XD But thank you for the compliment (Spread the GG love~), and good luck to your wishlister as well (I think the series itself is underappreciated)!

*pokes* *pokes* (Outdated, ew.)

I don't like my list very much - as most of my wishlisters have much more greater owners than myself. The problem is, I love fandoms to death, but I can never really, you know, be that obsessed with it like many others are with the things they love. Its just my nature (and my lack of time) that kinda grows me apart from my fandom. Also, I'm not very lucky with fanlistings, as you can see. But I did get some nice mild wishlisters recently. ^^

Questions for the Senior Staff / Comments Section
« on: July 21, 2007, 06:43:35 AM »
Hello, Senior Staff, first may I say, congrats on doing such an awesome job so far!

Second, I have been having a question in mind for a while, and wish for an answer. When making an application, as we all know, there is a section to write any comments. This can be used for giving more info on the topic so the staff know that it can be approvable, but lately, I have been seeing people write essays and other details on how much they love that topic and wish to have it. That is a bit unrelated to the point of that section - which is mostly for questions and other info as the title says, but somehow, I'm wondering if that helps them get an approval.

Regarding how an application is decided, does the comments make some sort of impact to show how much they love such topic? Or do they check their own site to see that? I myself never really write anything besides more info, but I'm wondering if not writing anything, which is optional, hurts my chance of getting it? If not, then how does the staff know the affection of the topic to the applicant? I know it isn't one of the major reasons how it is decided, but it is one of the factors, and I wish to know that for all this time, I'm not killing myself already.

If this is in the wrong forum, please feel free to move it. Thank you for your time and cooperation.
