Fanlistings Chit-Chat / ListingAdmin: Can't Login

So I did a completely fresh installation of ListingAdmin. I deleted the database and everything. I installed it and went to login and it won't let me. I can't reset the password and I can't login with my information. I don't know what to do. I re-installed it twice! I've never had these kinds of problems before!

 

I'm using ListingAdmin 2.3 Beta.

 

I am not getting any unusual errors. Just that my password is incorrect. When I try to reset my password, I get a blank page saying,

 

 

Fill in the password hint you provided in your installation of Listing Admin.

 

However, there is no where to fill in such information. I also never filled in any such information during the installation. 

 

We also have this topic posted at the Fanlistings board, but we're not getting anywhere really so, we're trying to broaden the post. I am trying to update my friend's script. When I tried, I got this error,

FORM ERROR

In order to upgrade, you must choose a valid version to upgrade from, m'love.

 

I checked the file, fun-db.inc.php, saw this,

 public $connect = '';

  public $database = '';

 

I have no idea what to put here at all. She's not sure either. Can anyone help us out?

 

We're updating from 2.2 to 2.3 Beta. For the record, we can choose 2.3 Beta in the options to upgrade from. I am assuming we're getting the errors because we're not connecting to a database. I'm just not sure what or how to fill out the database info. What does in '$connect'? A database user or password? I don't know. So I figured it would be best to ask.

EDIT: 

 

After updating the rats.inc.php and trying the upgrade again, we got this error this time,

 

Error: Table 'indigoro_listingadmin.trex_codes_donors' doesn't exist ALTER TABLE `trex_codes_donors` ADD `dEmail` VARCHAR(255) NOT NULL AFTER `dName`, ADD `dPending` VARCHAR(255) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0' AFTER `dURL`, ADD `dUpdated` DATETIME NOT NULL DEFAULT '0000-00-00 00:00:00' AFTER `dPending`, ADD `dAdded` DATETIME NOT NULL AFTER `dUpdated`;

 

 

 

We have already tried to uninstall and re-install the script, going completely from scratch. That didn't work either.
