Good luck on KIM lists Rain and best luck finding your babies some new homes. ^^;

Anyways, I've personally never wanted to make a KIM list because if I ever planned on adopting any fanlistings out, they would most likely be private adoptions and things like that. Anyway, it might make the adoption process easier if I decided to put up a KIM list, so here we go. I'm still updating my KIM list, though I doubt I will make an update on the main page everytime I do so.

00. How long have you been designing sites?
Eh, at least using free layouts from other websites since late 2006.

01. What was your first website?
Mine was a lame Sailor Moon freewebs thing. I honestly don't even remember what it was about! XD;

02. Wanna show us one of your earliest layouts?
This was designed after I started to learn how to play with CSS. Oddly enough, I still use coding for better style sheets (such as Eien-Melody.net).

03. ..and one of your latest layouts!
Heh, I'm not VERY good still to this day, but if you are ever so interested click me!

04. Do you think you have some sort of "style"?
I think I have a tend for using CSS that has blue in it.

05. Any webtrends you really like?
I don't use programs that make layouts for you? LOL! None really.

06. Others you dislike?
Music player. :wub:

07. Some of the elements you generally like using/seeing in layouts!
I think fanart, colored manga images, and nicely done screen shots from DVDs (or BluRays now?).

08. Your favorite color to work with?
I think a balance between blue, white, and black a lot. I also like to use a lot of natural colors as well.

09. Something you need to improve on?
I personally think overall and try to develop something unique to myself. Though I think two major issues would be CSS and graphics.

10. When it comes down to it... do you prefer making the layout or coding it?
Coding...because I get so annoyed with making graphics! XD;

11. Name us some of your inspirations when designing!
I think Beth and Hakka.

12. How long does it usually take you to design a layout?
At least a week. :lol: I find it hard to code a new design and make the graphics anymore.

13. What browser and screen resolution do you use?
Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer. 1024x768 is mostly what I use, but I try not to extend any tables (or DIVs) past 700 in width.

14. Have you ever thought of going into the Webdesign branch job-wise?
First I'd want to take some web design classes so I can learn a lot more. I am not good enough on stand alone to ever make it that way. XD;

15. Other graphics you enjoy making?
Making icons for MSN. XD;

Have you been through the adoption process?

I've also only adopted out one fanlisting, but at the time when I had several up for adoption, I had grown very attatched to the fanlistings I had up. Though, when I've adopted fanlistings, I've made sure to keep the person who I adopted from within the loop incase they ever want it back. As for me, I think private adoptions are sometimes better (from what I've seen) or adopt to people I know because I know they run good fanlistings and are good owners. Of course, I am surprised when a lot of the older fanlistings are closed because people to not keep them active and they were adopted from other people before hand and they lose a lot of members that were joined.

18. Which do you prefer: applying for adoptions or applying at the Network?
I like both, because the subjects I send applications in for are amazing in so many ways.

19. If you could make any one thread at TAFL, what would it be?
Count to 7000 thread, which I like to see how long it takes for the entire forum to count that far (by ones).

20. You associate (member/group) with (subject) ?
I honestly say the TAFL Senior Staff are like the manga-ka or something that helps keep the forums together. XD; Totally random saying, but I think it is true.

04. Who/What got you into TAFL?
Honestly, I came across the TAFL after visiting the Sailor Moon series fanlisting several years ago and I always thought it would be neat to own them. So, I eventually applied for the subjects (and later adopted several) and got approved.

05. Which fanlisting owners inspire you the most? (Limit 3!)
Rain, Chibi-chan, and Beth

06. Which fanlisting owners blow you away with their designs? (Limit 3!)
Buruma, Bura, and Hakka

07. What's your favorite category?
The Characters N-Z, because of all the Pokemon related fanlistings!

08. Which category do you have the most fanlistings in?
Characters 0-M.

09. What's your favorite part of the fanlisting process?
I say finally getting the fanlisting up.

10. What's your least favorite part of the fanlisting process?
I'd say my least favorite part is working with my graphic programs to make nice graphics.

11. If you could apply for anything, no rules attached, what would it be?
I'd apply for the Piplup/Pochama fanlisting, because that is my favorite Pokemon! :hug:

12. Favorite fanlisting layout?
I'd say this one, because it fits how Vegeta and Goku are against each other! Though, I like a lot of different designs of everyone's fanlistings, so it was hard to pick this one.

I check out the Shameless Self-Promotion to see what fanlistings have come up.

14. What is your favorite forum?

Questions for the Senior Staff / Traveling

I just updated on all my fanlistings that I will be gone for the next month or so without any access to edit my fanlistings accepting approving members because I'm going on a trip to the United Kingdom and Ireland. I know that my computer time will be limited and will try and use what free time I have for my fanlistings to approve members (if they receive any). I'm curious though, will I still be safe if I'm not able to update my fanlistings within a month's time (around July 11, 2009)? I know we are allowed to update our fanlistings every month (or two months).

I hope this question doesn't seem very strange and stupid to ask, as I've read the FAQs several times now, but I wanted to make sure that I wouldn't get my fanlistings put on the trouble list if I'm not around to be able to update them.

1. Your favourite fanlisting that you own.
Manaphy - Even though my first fanlisting is my baby, I love them both, but Manaphy is my favorite because it is actually the most decent out of all my fanlistings coding and graphic wise.

2. The #1 fanlisting you would like to own.
I'd like to own the Hikari/Dawn fanlisting (Pokemon) and Charmed 3x22 (Charmed) fanlistings.

3. The first fanlisting you joined.
The one I actually remember joining first was the Sailor Moon series one (this was like four years ago), but I do not remember what I put my name under (x.x). Though, my current and actual first fanlisting is the Hikari/Dawn fanlisting.

4. The last fanlisting you joined.
Luna and Artemis fanlisting.

5. Your oldest fanlisting.
Darkrai - Which is only like seven months old? xD;

6. The last fanlisting you completed.
Inu-Yasha Episode 68 - I adopted this fanlisting, though the layout and coding could be much better.

7. Your biggest fanlisting.
Aqua - Aqua is my biggest..though once again I need layout design and coding to be better (like learning scripting better).

8. Your smallest fanlisting.
Manaphy, which is still kind of new.

9. Layout you are most proud of.
Manaphy, yet again. This is one of my actual "nice" layouts I like.

10. Your favourite part of the building process (ie: codes, layout etc).
I'd have to saying making the buttons. I just love looking at fanlisting's and their buttons. xD;

11. Favourite fanlisting title.
I'd have to say out of the ones I named...none. xD; I'm not very original with names. Out of the ones I adopted would be Vick's original title, Shippou (Shippo) the Brave

12. Fanlisting you really need to re-vamp.
