Japanese animated movie based on a Japanese video game

Well, this might belong to two categories, so I'm going to generalize it for now.

Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva is what I had in mind... does this series/movie at least go under the Anime Fanlisting Network if I want to apply for one of its characters and/or the movie in general? Or do I have to go to The Fanlisting.org even though this is an Japanese animated movie?

I believe it would fall under Movies/OVAs since it's been released in theaters and it is a Japanese production. However, shall it be approved keep in mind the fanlisting would, and should, only cover the animated movie, not the game series (this criteria will apply to the overall content, codes, layout, etc.)
