Yeah, bit of a dilema. Basically, I own the TAFL approved fanlisting for Sora & Roxas, but today I received a code donation for it. HOWEVER..... The code is from the game, NOT the manga, and the code simply says 'Roxas x Sora' on it.

Question is, do I add it, and if I did add it, would it get me on troubles? :D

I don't know if that would qualify you for troubles, but it seems a little silly and confusing for people who are visiting.  Is there a TFL listing for the same relationship?  If so, I would just thank the person for the code but explain that your fanlisting pertains to only the manga--just to be safe. :D

My fanlistings have recently been moved to a new domain, but I am wishing to switch e-mails when I submit the moved forms. Would I have to change the e-mails first and then submit them? Or should I indicate in the moved form that I am using a new e-mail, but not giving the fanlisting to someone else? My apologies if that sounded confusing in any way. I'm just not sure what I should do. I'm hoping to submit all the forms before I land on the troubles lists in the fanlistings respective categories. Feel free to move this if I have posted it in the wrong section. Thanks!

Go ahead and submit both URL and email changes in one update form - just, like you said, mention in the comments form that it is a new email address but not a new owner. :D

Hmm, I am new to the world of FL's, but I would think there is nothing stopping the person from using that code on their website, or people who look at that person's collective from using it to link you as well. However, I don't know if using it will land you on troubles or not. It gets confusing when there are multiple formats for a character or relationship (ie: manga vs game vs movie versions).

I'm not too sure if this is the right thread. >>; One of my fanlistings recently got a member whose email address was "-removed-@hotmailit" (no period anywhere after the @). Is hotmail.it an actual email extension, or should I change the email to .com and proceed to add the member? I'm not too sure how the person even joined because I thought Enth3 checked for valid addresses, but I guess that happens when you try to add someone, and not when they join..? I'd like some suggestions.  ^_^

About that: It doesn't matter if someone puts "blahblah@blah.com" (I've tried that when I was making sure my Enth was working, once), as long as that email address is already in the database. So don't relay Enth to check for "valid" email address ^_^

About your email thing. It might be a typo (that there actually is a hotmail.it, but the person misspelled it), or someone was trying to be funny :\

Anyways, hope you find an answer soon <3

Honestly, you can probably do whatever you like and have it be ok ^_^  As is, they did not submit a valid e-mail address, typo or not, and so you can delete them if you want to.  Otherwise, you can change it to either hotmail.it or hotmail.com and hope it's their e-mail address (you could always e-mail both addresses and hope to get a response).  Your last option would be to list them with the e-mail address as it is--while you can require e-mail addresses you do not need them.  You can list members without e-mail addresses, just most people tend not to.  I have one or two members on my fanlistings that don't have e-mail addresses; it doesn't happen often but it is ok.  Feel free to do whatever you're most comfortable with :)

Thanks for the replies, you two! I'll keep all that in mind and decide what to do later.  ^_^
