Adopted fanlistings

I've asked about this on the TFL.org boards, and was wondering if it also applies here, at TAFL.org network. :/

Example. I've adopted several fanlistings recently. I finished the site, added the members, told the prev owner of the finished site, and then prev owner sent in a moved form.

My question is; are we allowed to post in the Moved and Adopted forum about the move, even before we get the confirmation email from TFL.org itself?

Yes, you can go ahead and post in the moved/adopted forum after the previous owner has sent in a moved form, even if the form hasn't been processed yet.
