Adoption Guidelines:
- Once approved, you have two weeks to get the fanlisting up.
- Feel free to take the (donated) codes and/or the layout (with the exception of the Shaman King fanlisting, you need to make your own layout for that one), provided you give proper credit.
- Credit any previous owners of the fanlisting.

- Name
- Email you use for TAFL
- Website example
- Reason for applying
