Somehow me updating a fanlisting and the trouble check missed each other, because I had already updated a fanlisting that is now on troubles, but I don't think it should be. I really don't want the strike against it, and it was updated before I got the troubles email. I emailed the staffer back immediately and told them that it had been updated before I received the email, but I guess it was ignored. Is there any way to get the strike removed, since the fanlisting was updated before the troubles email was sent/received?

Well, I don't know what category the troubles is in, but a lot of times the Troubles page and Updates Blog aren't updated on a daily basis with changes in troubles status. If you have emailed the staffer and the troubles deadline is almost here, you might post a something in the category thread making sure the staffer did get your email, just to be safe. Contacting the troubles staffer is definitely the way to get this situation resolved, and I understand you're anxious, but it can take a while for troubles staffers to work through all the responses they receive.

If you're still concerned, either post here or email the SS with the fanlisting and category that is in question and we can look more deeply into this for you. ^_^
