I sent an e-mail about this but I'll post my question here as well.  I want to apply for a Zero no Tsukaima: Princess no Rondo episode, but looking at the Wikipedia page, it is also the OVA episode (Episode 6.5 or OVA) as well.  I was wondering how I should apply for this.

Since it appears to be an actual OVA and not a TV episode that just didn't air on TV for whatever reason (e.g., the content was controversial), then it should just be applied for in Movies/OVAs with the OVA name (Zero no Tsukaima: Princess no Rondo - Yuwaku no Sunahama (OVA)).
