Staff Application Form Issue

Whenever I try to apply for staff here, it ends up going back to the form with all of my info filled out, with the exception of the amount of fanlistings I own. I put in that I own 3 fanlistings, so I know that can't be the issue. Any ideas?

I just did a test submission and it went through without a problem. I'd suggest trying to submit a form again. If it still isn't working, you can send me an email (Rosemary at animefanlistings.org) with all of the exact information you are trying to enter for each field along with the browser and operating system you are using and I will see if we can figure out the problem.
