*loves when a plan comes together*

Okay!  So, Mitz is on board (yay).  I am brain storming and instead of just manga maybe we should do a nifty Asian Entertainment one - it could include manga, korean dramas, japanese movies, japanese musicians, ect. :D  Sarah, picture it!  Sasuke, pink cards, sexy half naked Japanese boy bands.  How can you resist this brilliant idea of mine? :D

Used to play them a few years ago but stopped due to lack of interest.

LOL I just recently got back into them, after taking a break for six months, since Divinity went on hiatus :3 My (new) card collection is here, and I'm currently only a member of Cheer! which is a TCG focused on Cardcaptor Sakura (username is Elysa for referrers ;o).

I would probably join a manga TCG if it has a pretty template -- it'd remind me of Caelestis which I ran with a friend! <3

Also, re: card management script: I'm using a script called Card Manager, which is very neat. You do have to upload all the cards each time through FTP though, but I don't mind as I'm used to that. You can make as many sections as you like, which is why I prefer that over Marfisa's script.

Yea, Card Manager is epic win. :birthday: I didn't find it confusing at all, but some did. However, once you get the hang of it, it's totally easy to use and crazy handy, especially when you master something. :birthday:

Okay this CardManager script sounds more like what I want/need.  Where can I find that one? Never mind, found the link on your tcg site. xD

I used to play Caelestis!  I played around 20 give or take, back in the day.  I think my favorites were Moonlight Legend (happy that one is back), Fade to Black (this was like a general asian entertainment one with asian movies/tv shows), Chocolat, Retro (80s for the win), and Divinity.

ETA: Okay, this script looks very cool.  I wish it did a trade log too, but the way it manages the actual cards looks like it will make life much easier.  I think I'll be giving this a whirl tonight/tomorrow. :magic:

Chibi, can I ask you a question?  How did you get your misc page in the link list?  I was looking at the script and wasn't sure if you could add non script defined pages besides index to that link list?

I wouldn't be able to use this for two of the games I play since there are various image types and 5 x 7.5 just has a weird system, but I still think I'd want to try this for Moonlight Legend and Sugarful.  Hmmm.

Actually, I did some tweaking when I installed it this time, so I added the links for the sections manually, just to I could include the misc page & page log xD; Just add "?page=page number" after your page, ie. sugarful.php?page=1 (but for the pages that the script uses only!), and it should work. If you have a manual menu, make sure to say "no" in the config file at $remain so the menu written by the script won't show up in the trade/collecting pages.

Also, I took a quick glance at how La Musica & 5"x7.5" were organized, and it seems to have various card worths, but you could use the Card Manager for it. You'd probably have a lot of sections though, since you'd have to give every card worth it's own section in both collecting & trading and then define the worth in the config file.

Oh, that makes sense!  Why didn't I think of that.

La Musica has some cards that are gifs and some that are pngs so the script wouldn't work for that since they need to all be the same kind of image type, right?  And yeah, I don't want the 5 x 7.5 cards on various pages since each deck has various worths/names in the deck.  *will give it a try for the other two today though*

I play! I only play So Magical at the moment (a Disney-centric one). I used to play lots about a year ago, but just started up again last month. I loved Moonlight Legend when I used to play it, but I don't know if I have time for another TCG at the moment.

Of course if you all make one I will definitely join!
