I am sad to announce that Shell is leaving us because of ever increasing work and family obligations.  She has dedicated a lot of time to the network over the years and will be sorely missed!

Since we recently promoted Marie to Senior Staff, no new promotion will be made at this time.

Kel is leaving us, sadly, due to her ever growing family and work.  We appreciate her time here over the years and wish her the best!

We are very happy to announce that Marie has been promoted to the Senior Staff.  She will be taking over Kel's duties.

It's time for TAFL to have it's first Staff Volunteer Drive!  We're always on the lookout for dedicated people who are interested in helping out the network!  In addition to category staff volunteers, we are also looking for more trouble checker volunteers.  

If you're interested in volunteering to be a trouble checker and/or a category staffer please fill out the appropriate forms found here.  Be sure you read all of the requirements and fully complete the form before submitting it. Just remember as fun as staffing and trouble checking can be, they are very time-consuming jobs and we only want the best!

The network will be experiencing some downtime on Friday, February 8, at 10PM PST until Saturday, February 9, 6AM PST due to our hosting company, Dreamhost, doing some maintenance.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause anyone.

Please be aware that we have recently updated our Board Rules/Guidelines so that they are more specific about promoting and posting links to Adult fanlistings.  Please read the new rule over carefully and make note of it for your future posts.

The following is the new rule that has been added:

9) Posts or threads promoting fanlistings listed in the Adult category should be clearly marked.  
The Anime Fanlistings Network is not responsible for the content or images found on any fanlistings its board members may link to.  

If you post a link to an Adult fanlisting that contains explicit/graphic content or images you must add 'NSFW' to the title and include the following disclaimer in your post:

WARNING: This fanlisting contains graphic images that are not appropriate for persons under the age of 18 and may not be appropriate for your workplace. By clicking on this link you affirm that you are old enough to view this site and responsible for the content you view on it.

For me, all of them.  ^^;  Especially Tomoe, Kenshin & Tomoe (, RahXephon, Haruka, Ayato & Haruka Kaikan Phrase, Sakuya & Aine, Red River/Anatolia Story, W Juliet,  Momo & Sumire *could go on and on*  Like I said, all of them. ^^;;

While we understand that sometimes Game fanlistings can stumble over into Anime and Manga (and be crosslisted at both networks), we are the ANIME and MANGA Fanlisting Network.  

No one should be posting about approvals, rejections, etc. at this network for a subject like games, which are part of The Fanlistings Network, unless that fanlisting is also crosslisted at our network.

From this point on, posts or threads that deal solely with fanlistings only listed at TFL (unless they are fanlistings for webmasters that are active at our network) will be closed or deleted.
