I searched the boards for any discussion on this already, but didn't find any hits. Apologies if this has been dealt with previously.
I was just wondering... The Physical FanListings directory no longer accepts/approves fls for the physical design of anime/manga characters. Has tafl considered adding such a category?
It seems to me that it might be unique from other related categories - for example, one might hate the personality/plot device/voice actor/interpersonal relationships of a particular character, but love the design (Ayanami Rei from Evangelion is one example I've heard this about). And it may not be that the general artwork or style of a manga-ka that provokes devotion, but the design of one particular character (sorry, don't have an example for that one).
