Hey Carolyn, welcome back! I just wanted to point out that  Kino no Tabi, Wolf's Rain and Liar Game are or were all serialized in Seinen magazines - which is usually the genre you will find most of those types of psychological-type series. Some of them are really good! *is also a big Seinen fan*

Thanks Shalott-san, it's great to be back! And oh, thanks for letting me know! I'm awful with genre names ^__^;; But yeah, definitely Seinen then- I think I've gotten over the whole blood-bath/school drama scene (although my bookshelf says otherwise  /whistles)

Guess I'm mixed aswel. I pretty much enjoy everything as long as it has a story I enjoy and can understand. I've enjoyed shounen, shoujo, boys love, girls love, mecha, action, anything really. But the thing I am most crazy about is anything with a little bit of fantasy in it, which is quite common on manga-land :) Dragons, fairies, rubbery pirates, magic, all that shiznit, I lurvs it<3

I'm most definitely a shounen person. Almost all of the series I love and am into are shounen, but I also love a bit of shoujo here and there too. :wub:

I expect I shall have to be seinen - since if I have to pick one manga genre for the rest of my life, I shall have to go where my favorites (Sanctuary & Crying Freeman) are.  

Do love me some shoujo and BL, though.
