I noticed alot of anime/mangas have video games. If I wanted to make a video game fanlisting would I apply for it in this category?

You'd apply for it at TFL in their Games category ^_^

Yes, thanks for answering Loki.  ^_^  All video and computer games should be applied for in the Games category at TFL.
