The best thing to do will be to wait for the rules to be written up and posted on TAFL, but I'll try and help with those two points <3
The staff was leaning towards not accepting Tokyo, simply because it's listed at
TFL, and because it's a real place. If we approved it, and did it Series: Tokyo, that would be versions of, which we don't allow in other categories :rofl:
About Items & Characters, I don't see why cards, weapons, etc... wouldn't be moved into the new category. I'd be suprised if they weren't.
