Items/Locations - Category Status

Just a note to say that although the new category is online and functional, I have NOT finished cross-listing and moving appropriate subjects yet, having been totally derailed by a site functionality bug in the display of said subjects.

[All hail Johan, master of fixing TAFL pages that break.]

Anyway, the rest of the subjects should be listed properly tomorrow sometime.

Jaime, you're all right to send stuff in.    I actually already have a few applications I've already received or that were transferred over from the old C/I, but I'll wait somewhere around a week to do approvals...

I agree. I have some applications from the middle of April waiting here myself and it would probably be a bit unfair not to let other people apply. Even though it would be easier for me then.

I have one question. ^^;; Would alternate timelines in an anime count as a "place?"  For instance, would Mirai Trunks' timeline from Dragonball Z or Kagome's time from Inuyasha (both of which are kind of, sort of a place) be applicable as a place?

Ditto to Dragon, I sent in one of my item FL's finished form 2 days ago to the C/I too. I'm assuming that it'll be transferred to your mailbox soon Lexa? But of course, if another finished form is needed I'd be more than glad to re-send

Question question: if we spot a missed item under a series title that has already been sorted into the items/locations category, do we point it out or wait for a revision?

Or more especifically, if I see that Fuuma's Frog and the Sakura Tree under X/1999  have already been moved to Items/Locations, but the Shinken are still listed under Characters, do I poke you or shush myself and wait?

Well, it wasn't a complete update, so I think the rest will be moved to Items/Locations shortly ^^ I guess there's no poking needed? ^^

The following fanlistings have been moved or crosslisted from Characters to the new Items/Locations category. More crosslisting will occur over the next few days, this is just an initial list. ^^

Sorry Amber, I didn't mean to put your question off.  Next time I catch Danielle online I'll ask her what the final decision about that was.  I remember us discussing it way back when, but I'll let you know when I find out!

I'm pretty sure they'll get to me eventually.  I got yours, Dragon and I'll fix what you mentioned in the form.  You may just want to resend them just in case they get lost in action.

I was the one that went through the list at first to pick out all the items I could find.  I'll let Danielle know about that one so she can transfer it to the right category.  (Poor D, I keep creating more work for her!

I updated the category to reflect items I had missed when I sent the initial list to Danielle as well as the ones that needed to be cross-listed.

I should be doing an update of the applications I have in my inbox soon!  All of the rules are still being sorted out, so it would be kind of bad to update before they're hammered out. :hug:
