Crosslisting

Would crosslisting come first if there are multiple applicants for a subject? For example, if one applicant had better HTML skills, none on upcoming and was obviously a larger fan but the other was approved for the subject at TFL then who would get it?

Um, it would depend on whether or not the person had applied to cross-list or not. In most cases (with a few exceptions here and there), the owner is responsible for cross-listing, so if they hadn't, it could be approved here under a separate owner. We do try to have the same fl cross-listed though, when possible, as it makes for less fanlistings for the same subject. ^^;
