I have a particular hatred for Burton generally (for his films, really - he just has a tendancy to do something particularly morbid and then take it too far), and though my issues with his films cropped up a couple of times, in general, it wasn't too bad. I'd watch it again.[/quote]
It is out on DVD now! I don't particularly like Tim Burton either, but my friends swear that this Alic narrative is superbly different. Will have to get the DVD and enjoy.
As for me, last movies I watched were Shrek 4 and Sex and the City 2.

I like Tim Burton's movies though I haven't seen Alice in Wonderland as yet though I don't really like the story itself. For some reason Alice in Wonderland drives me mad
I saw the Losers, I liked it. Chris Evans' character was pure comedic relief and it had some funny lines in it. Now off to watch the Faculty for the 3rd time in the pass week. Its been 10 years and I'm still obsessed with this movie!
